Is a deposit required?

A deposit of 50% of the rental price is required to reserve your unit. We accept credit or debit cards: Visa, Mastercard or Discover. Security/damage deposit is required and is held by credit card.


When is payment due?

Payment in full is due 14 days before check-in.


What is the cancellation policy?

There is a $50.00 administration fee for all cancellations. Cancellations made 30 days or less from check-in date will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit. The entire deposit, minus the $50.00 administration fee, will be refunded if we can re-rent the unit for the same number of nights. Unit changes made at your request are the same as a cancellation. No refunds for inclement weather, late check-in or early departure.


Is there a minimum night stay?

Rentals are weekly only during our peak summer season. Shorter stays are available during the off-season. Please call our office for rates and availability.


What do I need to bring?

All units are stocked with bedding and normal kitchen necessities. You will need to bring your own hand, bath and beach towels as well as personal toiletries. There will be some toilet paper and paper towels provided.


How many guests are permitted?

The total number of overnight persons in each unit cannot exceed the maximum stated for each property. No person under the age of 21 may check-in without an adult staying in the unit.


Is housekeeping provided?

The rental will be cleaned and stocked prior to arrival. Daily housekeeping services are not provided, however mid-week housekeeping can be contracted for a fee.


Are pets allowed?

Some units allow pets with a non-refundable pet fee. Arrangements must be made ahead of time. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the unit.


Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not permitted in any unit.
